Meet the Team:


Jack & Carol Riggle
This dynamic couple has over 60 years of combined real estate experience and live by the Realtor motto of "Real Estate Is our Life."  Purchasing their first of several investment homes in the Outer Banks in1991, they relocated  from Northern Virginia in 1999.  They are Team Leaders of  The Riggle Team, rank in the top 1% of all Outer Bank Realtors, and are the top producing husband-wife team within BD&A.  Their positive "can do" approach and their genuine caring about others can be attributed to their success. 

 

They are specialists in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and have many financing resources available to assist both buyers and sellers.


 

Gary & Katie Mann
Gary and Katie bring their expertise in sales and management into the real estate arena with a "make it happen" approach.  Native to Pennsylvania and having purchased several investment properties, they have first-hand knowledge to share with others.  They joined BD&A Realty and Construction in 2006 and became members of the top producing Riggle Team.

 

Their combined talents and skills will help others realize their own hopes and dreams.  Their clients will know they are in good hands.

Wanda Wise
Wanda began her real estate career in Pennsylvania.  During her first six months she sold ten properties so she certainly did not waste any time in providing her services and knowledge.

 

The Wise family vacationed on the Outer Banks since 1980 and built their investment home in 2000.  As empty nesters in 2004, they decided to relocate to the Outer Banks on a full time basis.  Wanda joined BD&A Realty and Construction and became a member of the top producing Riggle Team.

Tammy Fincham
Tammy has been in the real estate arena for over 24 years, first in timeshare and then in the settlement side of the business for a well established law firm.  A native of the Outer Banks, she graduated from Manteo High School and is a great resource for area information, historic sites and activities.

 

She affiliated with BD&A Realty and Construction in 2005 and joined the top producing Riggle Team as their Administrator.  Her skills and knowledge of not only the real estate business but NFL trivia keep everyone on their toes!
